Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will construct a drainage system along the front, right, and the majority of the rear sides of your home. One leg of the system will start at the front left corner adjacent the driveway with a trench 32 inches deep. From here it will extend across the entire front of your home to a sump located at the right front corner. A second leg will start at the rear of your home adjacent the asphalt patio with a trench 36 inches deep. From here it will extend across the rear to the right rear corner, then along the right side into the sump. From the sump the water will be pumped to the street. Complete specifications to be included with the contract.
In conjunction with the above we will do the following:
1. Extend the drainage system from the left front corner across the driveway and along the front of the rear cottage. The asphalt patch along the front of the garage will slope 2 directions into catch basins.
2. Extend the rear drain along the rear of the cottage with a solid line only and connect the downspouts.
3. Install a catch basin in the low area of the front parking spot and connect it into the front system.
4. Install 2 catch basins in the low areas in front of the cottage and connect them into the system.
