Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will construct a drainage system along a portion of the rear and left sides of your home. The system will be comprised of 2 separate legs each discharging into a sump located at the left rear corner. The first leg will start at the rear of your home adjacent the rear patio with a trench 32 inches deep. From here it will extend across the rear to the sump. We recommend the closer to the house the better. The second leg will start along the left side near the A.C. unit with a trench 30 inches deep. From here it will extend along the left side into the sump. From the sump we will pump the water into the existing downspout line. We will test this line and if for any reason it does not work, additional costs will be incurred.

We will extend the left side drain approximately 24 feet along the left side toward the front corner. We will remove and replace a strip of concrete along the left side as necessary to install the drain.
We will construct a drainage system along the entire right side and an 18 feet long portion of the rear patio. The system will excavated as deep as possible and still gravity flow to the street.
