Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area specifically, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin and Solano Counties.  Our coverage includes Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.

Here’s an example of the type of services provided:

We will construct a drainage system 24 feet long and an average of 6-1/2 feet deep along the rear of your home. We will seal the rear foundation with 2 coats of asphalt emulsion. We will remove and replace approximately 24 square feet of concrete walk along the rear.
We will remove approximately 450 square feet of concrete and brick patio, walk, curb, and steps along the right side of your home and replace it in concrete. The new patio will be sloped to drain into new surface drains.

We will construct a drainage system 52 feet long along the left side of your home.
The depth of the system will be below the adjacent slab floor. We will seal the foundation wall adjacent the living area.

We will construct a Keystone block retaining wall 13 feet long and 6 feet high in front of the slope near the left rear corner. We will extend the drainage from the rear of the house behind the new wall and then along the left side of your home to the front corner. We need an engineers approval prior to constructing this wall.

We will construct the above wall in concrete.

We will construct a Keystone block wall 13 feet long and 6 feet high along the right rear edge of your property. We will install a 4 inch perforated pipe behind the wall and backfill with gravel. We will extend the drain along the right side property line to the right front corner of the carport where it will discharge into a 24 inch catch basin. We will lay filter fabric over the drain rock and form a dirt swale over the top.

We will install a 6 inch solid pipe along the front of your carport and home up to the edge of the ravine. Into this pipe we will connect the 24 inch catch basin, the right, rear, and left side drains, and 2 additional 12 inch catch basins located in the low areas at the front of your home. From the edge of the ravine the rigid pipe will connect to a 6 inch flex pipe which will run on the surface approximately 100 feet down the ravine.
