Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will construct a drainage system along an 18 feet long portion of the rear of your home. The depth of the system will be at or below the lower slab floor depending on the configuration of the foundation / retaining wall footing. We will seal the foundation wall with 2 coats of asphalt emulsion. Two downspouts along the rear of the house will be connected into the system. The system will discharge beneath the wall at the right rear corner of your home, and connect to the existing drain basin located along the right side. If the depth of the existing retaining wall prohibits us from discharging in this manner, additional investigation and recommendations will be necessary.
