Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will construct a drainage system along the rear of your home. The depth of the system will be approximately 7 feet. We will saw-cut and remove the flagstone adjacent the rear of your home to create matching planters approximately 24 inches wide, with 1 piece remaining as a walkway from the rear door. The system will discharge into a sump from where the water will be pumped into the existing downspout pipe that runs along the left side of your home.

As an alternative to the above pumped system, we will construct a gravity flow system along the rear and right sides of your home. The system will maintain a constant depth below the garage slab. The system will discharge through a 4 inch solid pipe from the right front corner across your front yard to the storm drain. We will remove and replace approximately 24 feet of concrete walk along the right side of your home and a strip across the public walk.
We will remove and replace a 12 feet long portion of the public walk where the tree roots have broken it.
We will bury the left side downspout pipe and extend it through the face of curb to the street.
