Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
In the basement/sub-area of your home, we will excavate and construct a Keystone wall approximately 20 feet long starting at the concrete wall that borders the rear of the basement slab, and extending behind the furnace and water heater. The wall will have a maximum height of 5 feet. Behind the new wall we will place a 4 inch perforated pipe below the level of the basement slab and backfill with gravel. The sub-drain will extend an additional 20 feet through the sub-area and along the existing foundation wall and up to the front of your home. From here the water will be carried through a 4 inch solid pipe beneath your front foundation, and down the slope to the street.
This system will support the existing dirt bank, and collect water before it gets to the slab, it will not keep moisture from entering the sub-area.
