Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will do the following work:
1.Remove and replace a section of the interior slab approximately 3 feet square. No interior floor coverings or wall finishes are included. The owner to remove all belongings from the work area.
2.Construct three 18-inch diameter piers and haunches drilled to a maximum depth of 20 feet deep each. We will remove and replace the existing wood deck boards over the top of pier #3 as necessary, but the removal of any other exterior obstacles such as deck support piers or the retaining wall adjacent pier #1 is not included. Soil to be scattered on rear slope.
3.Lift the existing foundations off of the new piers as much as we can to make the floors overhead more level.
