Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
1. Construct seven 18-inch diameter piers and haunches along the front and left sides of your home. The front side piers are estimated at 20 feet deep each, and the side piers at 15 feet. The front haunches will also add support to the porch foundation. No leveling is included. We will remove and replace a small section of the front concrete steps as necessary to install pier # 6, no waterproofing or flashing is included.
2. Construct a new grade beam/retaining wall approximately 14 feet long supported by piers 2 & 3. This new wall will sister the existing foundation. We will remove the siding as necessary and provide a barrier between the existing framing and new wall and no other flashing is included. We will install a sub-drain along the uphill side of the new wall that will discharge onto the driveway.
