We will remove and not replace a portion of the front flagstone patio, install a new 8 inch catch basin, and discharge the new drain through a 4 inch solid pipe across your front yard and through the existing pipe that penetrates the left side retaining wall.
We will construct a sub-drain approximately 5 feet long around the left rear corner of your home. We will tunnel beneath the rear foundation and backfill with gravel to try and relieve hydro-static pressure that may be developing there. The drain will discharge through a 4 inch solid pipe across the rear lawn and through the rear retaining wall.
