Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
we will do the following work in the bedroom/laundry/bathroom area:
1. Excavate, form and pour 2 concrete foundations in the center of the slab floor.
2. Remove and re-frame 1 bathroom wall.
3. Remove and re-frame and stucco 2 window openings.
4. Demolish and off-haul bedroom cabinets.
5. Install 16 holdowns.
6. Install 40 lineal feet of plywood sheerpanel.
7. Remove bedroom ceiling and install new plywood panels.
8. Install 5 UFP straps
Total Investment: $
All plywood will be AC grade, ready for taping and texturing.
No interior taping, texturing, painting, or other finish work is included.
No plumbing, electrical, or work to any other utilities is included.
In the living room/storage area, we will do the following work:
1. Install 34 lineal feet of plywood sheerpanel. One wall showing new sheerpanel is concrete and will not be treated.
2. Install 14 holdowns.
3. Install 5 angle irons.
