Enclosed is a copy of the recent floor level survey done at your home.
To correct the uneven floors in the living room, we will install seven 18 inch diameter piers and haunches drilled to a maximum 20 feet deep each, along the rear, left, and front sides of the living room. We will then lift the existing foundation off of the new piers to make the floors more level in this area only. We will remove and replace the concrete flatwork in the area of construction as necessary.
