Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will do the following work:
1. Construct fourteen 18 inch diameter piers and haunches along the front, left side, rear, and interior of your home. The bid depth for these piers is 20 feet each, (per Robert Rogers). All dirt spoils to be left on site below the residence.
2. Lift the existing foundations off of the new piers as much as we can to make the floors more level.
3. Construct grade beams E-1, and D-2, and tie beam 2.
Per the engineer, and at your request, this project can be done in phases, although the total cost for all the work would be more.
