On the new spa we will do the following work:
1. Tune and lay approximately 100 lineal feet of 4 inch perforated pipe in previously excavated areas surrounding new foundation/retaining walls. The pipe to connect to the existing 6 inch discharge pipe. The portion on the west side will be laid on top of the footing. An f-8 catch basin will be installed at the house side of the sauna to catch surface water coming off the upper slab.
2. Waterproof approximately 640 square feet of new foundation/retaining walls with 2 coats of asphalt emulsion and yellow jacket fibre.
3. Backfill around new retaining walls with approximately 100 cubic yards of crushed rock.
Additions or deletions to the quantity of rock will be billed per yard.
