Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
Per the plans, we will do the following work:
1.Tune the bottom of approximately 260 lineal feet of trench, and install a 4 inch perforated pipe over a 2 inch bed of gravel. The pipe to be laid along side the footing as opposed to on top of it. All spoils to be left on site.
2.Waterproof approximately 3300 square feet of foundation/retaining walls with 2 coats of asphalt emulsion, fiberglass mesh, and Miradrain 2000. The waterproofing will extend onto the top and face of the footing.
3.Backfill trenches with approximately 300 yards of gravel, (trenches are estimated at 3 feet wide). Construction Inc. to provide all OSHA compliant shoring.
