Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
1. Construct ten 18 inch diameter piers and haunches along the right side of your home and the rear and both sides of your garage. The piers will be drilled to an average depth of 20 feet or a total of 200 lineal feet. Additional depth over and above the 200 feet will be charged at a rate of $ per foot. We will remove and replace portions of the existing concrete flatwork as necessary. No brick work is included. It will be up to the owner to clear the work areas as necessary.
2. Lift the existing foundation of your home and garage off of the new piers as much as we can to make the floors more level.
3. Install approximately 8 adjustable steel jacks in place of the existing underpinning posts in the sub-area adjacent the lift.
