Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
we will construct 4 hand dug bench piers beneath the front foundation of your driveway. We will then lift the driveway off of the new piers as much as we can to make it more level with the street. Owner to obtain building permit. We will construct additional bench piers as necessary at a cost of $ 1,800.00 each. If the driveway can not be lifted enough, we will remove and replace a strip of asphalt along the front edge to even it out.
