Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will construct six 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches along the front and right side of the den. The piers are estimated at 20 feet deep each. We will then lift the existing foundation as much as we can, leaving this portion of your home within approximately 1 to 1-1/2 inches of level. Landscaping and entry walk to be removed and not replaced as necessary.
Approximate Cost pending plans: $
We will construct 6 additional piers and haunches similar to above, along the right and rear sides of the living room. We will lift this portion of the residence leaving it within approximately 2 inches of level when we are through.
