Enclosed is a copy of the recent floor level survey done at your home, showing it to be approximately 2 inches out of level. To correct the sloping floors along the right side of your home, and guard against future settlement, we will install six 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches along the right side. The depth of the piers will be 15 feet each. We will then lift the existing foundation off of the new piers, leaving your home within approximately ¾ inch of level. We will replace the row of underpinning posts closest the right side with adjustable steel jacks.
