Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
Per the verbal recommendations of engineer we will construct three 18 inch diameter by 20 feet maximum depth concrete piers and haunches along the right rear portion of your home. We will then lift that portion of the home to bring it to a more level plane with the surrounding areas. We will remove and replace the deck post closest the right rear corner only, no other deck work is included. We will leave the spoils on site at the rear of the home. We will connect the downspout at the right rear corner into a 4 inch flex line and extend it to the street below. Engineered plans will be necessary prior to providing a firm price or obtaining a permit. If the engineer specifies anything not mentioned in this proposal such as grade beams, additional costs will be incurred.
