Enclosed is a copy of the recent floor level survey done at your home, showing it to be 2 inches out of level.
We will lift a portion of the left and rear sides of the residence, leaving it within approximately 1 inch of level. To accomplish this, we will remove approximately 18 lineal feet of the left side 2 x 10 rim joist from the center cripple wall to the left rear corner, and replace it with a new 4 x 10. We will secure a new pressure treated sill on the existing foundation beneath the new 4 x 10, and install new framing as necessary. We will use the new 4×10 to help lift the residence. All additional wood rot repairs will be done on a time and materials basis.
