Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
we will do the following work:
1. Construct six 18 inch diameter piers and haunches drilled to a maximum depth of 20 feet deep each. We will remove and replace portions of the flatwork as necessary to install the underpinnings. We will remove and not replace the landscaping along the left side.
2. Lift the existing foundation off of the new piers as much as we can to make it more level.
3. Construct a grade beam approximately 60 feet long connecting the new piers to the existing foundation.
4. Install sheerwalls A and B.
