Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will do the following work at your residence:
1.Provide temporary support, and lift the upper floor approximately 24 inches, not including the front or rear entry stairs.
2.Install new full-length 2×6 studs adjacent the existing studs, and install 5 new 4×6 posts down the on top of the existing center supports. We will frame in 7 new rough opening around the perimeter of the building.
3.Install new 5/8-inch epoxy set anchor bolts through the existing sill and into the existing perimeter foundation.
4.Install new ½ inch plywood panels on the interior face of the new perimeter stud walls, nailed every 3 inches along their perimeter edges, and every 6 inches in the field.
