Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
Per the floor level survey provided to us by you, we will construct six 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches, drilled to approximately 13 feet deep each, along the left and rear sides of your home.
Approximate Cost: $
We will lift the existing foundation off of the new piers, and make minor adjustments to the jacks in the sub-area, to make the floors more level in the kitchen and living room area.
Additional Investment: $
We will construct 3 piers only, adjacent the left rear corner of your home. We will lift the foundation off of the new piers, and make minor sub-floor adjustments.
