Here’s a drainage project we completed in San Leandro:
We will construct a drainage system along the entire right side of the building. The starting depth for the system at the right rear corner will be 6 feet. The trench will be excavated a maximum of 18 inches wide at the bottom, if a wider trench is necessary to clear the footing and obtain the desired depth, additional costs will be incurred. The system will discharge through a 4 inch solid pipe across your neighbor’s property to the existing storm drain. It will be up to you to obtain permission from your neighbor for us to work on his property.
