Enclosed is a copy of the recent floor level survey done at your home, showing it to be 2 inches out of level.
To counteract the settlement and stabilize the foundation along the right side, we will install 3 concrete piers and haunches. The depth of the piers is estimated at 25 feet deep each. We will then lift the right side foundation off of the new piers to bring your home to within 1 inch of level, (within industry standards). We will adjust the elevations of the interior of your home as well by replacing the wood underpinning posts as necessary. We will sister a new 2 x 6 alongside the broken roof rafter.
