Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will do the following work:
1. Remove and replace a 2 feet wide strip of garage slab along the right side. We will replace all the concrete removed with concrete to match the existing as close as we can, but it will still be noticeably different. It is impossible for the new concrete to exactly match the old.
2. Construct four 18 inch diameter reinforced concrete piers and haunches, (3 of which will be located inside the garage), drilled to a depth of 14 feet each. Additional depth as required by the engineer will be charged at a rate of $ per foot.
3. Remove and replace 17 lineal feet of right side garage foundation, and approximately 16 feet of the front tie-beam.
