We will construct a drainage system along the rear and left sides of the residence at 233 Douglass Lane. The average depth along the rear addition will be 2 feet, and 3 feet along the rest. The system will discharge into the existing sump, which we will deepen, from where the water will be pumped with the existing pump and discharge.

We will upgrade the pump and electrical outlet for the pump.
We will construct a second leg of the system approximately 40 feet across the front of the residence. The second leg will be 3 feet deep and will discharge into the previously mentioned sump.
