In the rear sub-area of your home we will do the following work:
1. Install 14 Simpson U.F.P. straps connecting the existing sill to the foundation.
2. Install four 5/8 inch wedge anchor bolts into the existing sill adjacent the basement stairs.
3. Install 20 lineal feet of solid blocking in the short cripple wall.
