Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
Per the preliminary Plans drawn by Architectural Group, we will do the following work:
1. Provide temporary shoring for the residence, (structural shoring details to be provided by the engineer.)
2. Demolish and off-haul the existing foundation.
3. Excavate and off-haul the spoils, form and pour new foundations including 16 concrete piers drilled to a maximum 20 feet deep.
4. Form and pour approximately 1900 square feet of concrete slab.
