Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
1. Install four 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches drilled to the depths specified.
2. Provide temporary support for the rear of the garage, and form and pour 32 lineal feet of concrete grade beam.
3. Install galvanized 5/8 inch anchor bolts, pressure treated sill, 2×6 framing, and 5/16 inch sheerwalls. We will install 2 new posts onto the new rear sill beneath the existing interior support beams. No other work to the interior support beams is included.
4. We will remove the 5 courses of 2×12 planking leading up to the front entry and replace them with new pressure treated planks. No other framing repairs are included.
