Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will remove and replace the perimeter and interior foundations and lower wood floor. The new foundation shall consist of a concrete slab floor and 3 story footings. On top of the new footings we will secure a pressure treated sill with 5/8 inch anchor bolts. We will provide the necessary earth-wood clearance. The foundation will be installed in sections. No work to the interior chimney is included. No plumbing, siding, or finish floor is included. If upstairs floor leveling is desired, a complete floor level survey costing $xxx will be necessary. Engineered plans will be required prior to providing a contract.
