Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
Construct twenty one 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches, (3 of which are to be drilled inside the house along the interior foundation that separates the original house from the rear addition. In this area we will remove and replace the sub-floor as necessary, no finish flooring is included). The piers will be drilled to an average depth of 15 feet each. Additions or subtractions shall be made to the total as necessary.
Lift the existing foundations off of the new piers as much as we can to bring the house to a more level position. If it is necessary to detach the existing underpinnings along the front of the house that were installed by the previous owner, there will be additional costs determined on an hourly basis.
Remove and replace, or straighten as necessary, and adjust all the permanent steel jacks in the sub-area in the area we lift.
