We will remove and replace the entire foundation, approximately 122 lineal feet, and 3 interior supports. The new foundation shall comply with the U.B.C. minimums for a 2 story home. We will install new pressure treated sills and 5/8 inch anchor bolts, no other framing is included. We will remove and not replace the exterior siding as necessary. Plans and permit are included.
