Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will remove and replace approximately 28 lineal feet of wood retaining wall adjacent the uphill side of your driveway. The new wall will extend between the wood stairs leading up to your house (the post adjacent the stairs to remain) and the new portion of the existing wall that leads down your driveway. The new wall will be constructed with 6×6 pressure treated posts set in concrete filled holes drilled a minimum 5 feet deep, and 3 courses of 2×12 pressure treated lagging. On top of the wall we will install a 2×8 cap. Behind the wall we will place a 4 inch perforated pipe and backfill with gravel. The new pipe will connect to the existing pipe that drains onto your driveway.
