Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
1. Remove and not replace the wood deck as necessary.
2. Excavate, form and pour 26 lineal feet of new concrete foundation.
3. Install 26 feet of 2×6 pressure treated sill secured by 5/8 inch anchor bolts, and 4 holdowns.
4. Provide 24” wide by 18” deep notch in stem wall for underfloor access.
