Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
1. Construct six 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches drilled to the specified depths.
2. Lift the existing residence off of the new piers as much as we can to bring it to a more level position with the rest of your home. We will excavate around the electrical and gas services to allow them to be lifted. If they need to be extended in order to be lifted, additional costs will be incurred.
3. Construct a concrete grade beam connecting the new piers to the existing foundation.
4. Install new 5/8 inch epoxy set anchor bolts and 3/8 inch sheerwalls. The sheerwall along the south side will be split at the loft ledger, and will be pieced around the existing vents and electrical and plumbing protrusions
