Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will remove and replace the entire perimeter foundation. The front portion of the new foundation will be a UBC 3-story footing, and the rear a 2-story footing. On top of the new foundations we will secure a pressure treated sill with 5/8 inch anchor bolts. The utility slab will need to be filled in and the furnace and water heater relocated.
