We will lift the left and rear sides of your garage to make it better conform to the right side.
Your garage will be leveled from its existing foundation and no additional foundation work is included in this recommendation. As the garage is raised, a crack will appear between the top of the foundation and the framing. We will grout this crack as necessary, with a high strength non-shrink grout, to support the garage but it will be visible and will need additional cosmetic work later which is not included in our estimate.
We will attempt to lift the framing independent of the adobe block located at the left front corner, but some cosmetic damage may occur. We will remove and replace the interior plywood panels as necessary.
We will fill the crack in the garage slab with concrete, and no additional work to the slab is included.
