We will construct a drainage system along the rear and right sides of your home. The system will start at the left rear corner with a trench 4 feet deep. From here it will extend along the rear to the right corner, then continue along the right side to the front corner. The system will discharge through a 4 inch solid pipe across your front yard and through the curb to the street. We will remove and replace as necessary the concrete along the right side, and rear up to the rear entry. We will remove and replace as necessary the concrete beneath the rear deck. The owner will remove the rear deck prior to the start of work. Complete specifications to be included with the contract.
We will construct a second leg of the drainage system along the left side. We will remove and not replace the concrete along this side.
We will adjust the floors over the 9 wood underpinning posts as much as possible to flatten the kitchen and rear bedroom area.
