Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
we will do the following work:
1. Construct eighteen reinforced concrete piers and haunches drilled to a maximum depth of 15 feet deep each. This proposal is based of pouring the haunches up tight to the existing foundation to support it during the grade beam excavation.
2. Construct a new grade beam to sister the existing rear foundation, and construct additional concrete beams for supporting the new deck. No deck connection hardware is included.
3. Remove and replace the rear concrete flatwork as required.
4. Remove all dirt and concrete spoils from site.
