Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
Build a steel fence below the boulder, attached to some of the larger trees. Break the large boulder into small pieces. The small pieces will be left on the hillside. No export of any soil or rock is included.
The steel fence will remain as installed. This work is contingent upon owners signing the hold harmless agreement that was prepared.
Access to the work will be primarily through the neighbor’s property. It may be necessary to access the work area through owner’s property also.
This work will done on a COST PLUS 20% basis per the attached labor rate sheet.
Because of the unstable soil conditions and seismic activity prevalent in the San Francisco Bay Area, it is impossible to predict future performance of the foundation, supporting soils or the structure or stability of the surrounding land.
