1. Construct approximately 88 lineal feet of concrete foundation with 2×6 pressure treated sills and 5/8 inch anchor bolts, (Stab bolts for holdowns to be supplied and placed by others). Access door to be constructed and installed by others.
2. Construct seven 2 feet by 2 feet concrete pads beneath the existing foundation.
3. Install as space will allow, a maximum of forty ½ inch by 10 inches anchor bolts through the existing sill and into the existing foundation. Additional bolts to be installed.
We will demolish as necessary the driveway and landscaping, the left side steps, and an access hole on the left side. No replacement is included.
The owner will have all heating ducts in the sub-area removed prior to the start of work.
The owner to provide the permit.
