Enclosed is a copy of the recent floor level survey done at your home, showing it to be 1.6 inches out of level.
To address the foundation crack along the front side of your home, we will construct a concrete staple. The staple will consist of U shapes pieces of ½ inch rebar epoxied into either side of the crack, and then cast in concrete. Owner to obtain permit.
