Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will do the following work:
1.Provide temporary shoring to the existing house as necessary.
2.Demolish approximately 38 lineal feet of existing foundation.
3.Construct 20 piers and 9 haunches.
4.Lift the house as much as we can up to the fireplace.
5.Excavate, form and pour approximately 100 lineal feet of new grade beam. On top of the new grade beam we will secure a pressure treated sill with 5/8 inch bolts. No rot repair is included.
To lift the area of the fireplace and front foundation, we will need to install 4 additional piers and haunches along the front of your home. We will then lift the existing foundations off of the new piers. This work is not included in the current design.
