I live on a hillside and have a tenant downstairs. His bathroom is mostly below ground level. Every rain meant using a shop vac and a constant round of many dripping towels. Along with the continuing damage to sheet rock, carpets and a very unhappy tenant, I called on Ward Construction to install a French drain. They had to dig a seven foot trench to get under the foundation. The crew was wonderful. They were punctual, polite, professional and knew what they were doing. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and never minded my endless questions. Mr Ward was always accommodating. It was evident why he has been in business for 52 years. Their prices were reasonable. I can now enjoy the rain and have a happy tenant. I would not hesitate to call on Ward if I needed any further work.
