Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, specifically, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin and Solano Counties. Our coverage includes Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
Per the plans, we will do the following work:
1. Install four 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches drilled to the depths specified.
2. Provide temporary support for the rear of the garage and form and pour 32 lineal feet of concrete grade beam.
3. Install 5/8 inch anchor bolts, pressure treated sill and 2×6 framing and 5/16 inch sheerwalls.
All permits are included.
