Ward Construction provides services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area including, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Hayward, Marin and other East Bay and North Bay cities.
Here’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will remove and replace the 4 feet by 5 feet section of rear entry concrete. The new concrete will be dowelled into the existing adjacent foundations. We will re-secure the existing framing and install new sills as necessary. No wood-rot repair, door replacement, or other finish work is included in this proposal. We will remove and replace a strip of sheetrock adjacent the new pad. The new sheetrock will be fire-taped only. No painting or texturing is included.
This work will be done on a time and materials basis per the enclosed labor rate sheet, at which point any of the above-excluded items can be addressed.
