Here\’s an example of the type of services provided:
We will replace 12 feet of the existing wood beam that extends beyond the new Timberstrand beam closest the left side of the house.
The new beam will be 4×8 douglass fir supported by one of the new large concrete pads, and by 2 pre-cast pier blocks set on new 18 inch concrete pads. We will then lift the new beam as much as we can to straighten the floors above.
