The following work will be done on a COST PLUS 20% basis per the enclosed labor rate sheet:
1. All work involved in straightening the existing 6×6 posts.
2. Additional rot repair beyond the 2×12 planks near the entrance.
3. All work involved in making storage platform larger or modifying it around new grade beam.
