Per the plans shown us by you, we will do the following work:
1.Remove and replace a strip of concrete with brick border along the rear of your home. The new concrete will not have a brick border.
2.Install eleven 18 inch diameter concrete piers and haunches drilled to a maximum depth of 15 feet, along the right, rear and left sides of your home.
3.Install approximately 70 lineal feet of concrete grade beam connecting the new piers to the existing foundation. The right side entry porch to be removed by others.
